Very good thoughts Vijay... A lot has happened over the past month, and it was extremely painful to see such a divided and suspicious forum... This is like our second home and like our homes - the main element to its success has to be trust.. If that goes away, we just cannot go forward..Time and again the Dev team has appealed to us members to give them a scope for smooth functioning of the forum and time and again some of us here have tried to disrupt the flow.. We have seen wnough of sarcasm, enough of name calling, enough of character assasination.. and what did we gain out of it, where are we going from here... The Mods are doing an extremely difficult task, and what are we - the members of the forum giving them in return - constantly questioning their integrity? They are always asking us to atleast give them a chance to ensure a smooth functioning of the forum, and we cant even give them that! I think they deserve a chance, I think we deserve a chance to all prove that we can work together to make this a better place... to again regain back the peace and fun atmosphere of our second home... Such a musical forum cannot have such a noisy atmosphere...

Lets all work together to see that we only move ahead from here on.. and not keep moving in circles.. In any family there will be times that will not please all, but we adjust... and it is never so difficult, isn't it? Sincere request to all here - lets look ahead, lets co-exist peacefully.. It should not be that difficult here too.. Thanks... 😊

This message comes as a breath of fresh air, with a hope that we will all see once again a calmer forum ,civil and friendly indulging in what we were known best for - having a good time the musical way all together as a family.

I have full faith in the SRGMP Dev team and shall continue to have so.

Lets hope no further tension erupts and will personally will try my best to keep out of trouble and also will bear in mind while asking questions on MOTW that the sensitivity of members at the large is not affected.

Yes I agree with Anu 😛. I have whole faith ont he Dev Members and I am sure whoever Vijay bro and others select will be good and yes it will be wonderful to have more Moderators in this section

It is a part of nature that sometimes some branch of the tree may decay and they have to be cut to preserve the tree.

The tree will remain healthy and will live a long life indeed.... and we will never forget even a twig which was once attached to the branch, the leaf which turned yellow and fell down.

This family tree will be kept healthy.................
