Well,I dunno the context,But people can be moody..But AS did announce that he'll make Hemu sing is his next film.

And Yeah,AS has his fav. singers whom he always uses.If you've noticed,Shaan is a regular with him.Infact he was the one who gave Shaan his big break with 'Bas Itna Sa Khwab Hai'.

All said and done,WIth All Due Respect to AS..He's doing only B-Grade films these days.Babul is the only big film he has 😊.But The Guy Has lotta talent..Listen To Rang Deeni,Layi Vi Na Gayi..If ne1 has doubts 😉

In "subse Alag" song five singers are singing and Hema and Nihira are among them and got only 1-2 lines to sing and you even can not notice it. In 'Saanjh ki pighalti", I think most of the female part sung by Karishma, In "Soul of Alag", Ujjaini and Hema did not utter a word. As I always said becoming a playback singer is not as easy as we think in this forum. You can not be recognised unles your solo song become superhit. Singing in chorus will not take them anywhere. I am really dissapointed with all these MDs who are just giving these SRGMP artists few candies. Actually these MDs are being benefitted from these SRGMP singers. I do not listen new songs, but just because of Nihira, Hema and Ujjaini I listened the songs of Alag.
But it is very nice composition by AS.

Totally agree - nevertheless the music of Alag is great and really Alag... Its sad that someone as talented as AS (as a MD) isn't so successful commercially that he deserves to be!
