Why i am getting this error when i tried to open my CG.....

More than 8 days have passed and all issues have not cleared. And on the top of that new glitches are coming out. Please do something it has become more and more inconvinient and chance of plagiarism. How much time will it take to complete?

Dear Mr.Vijay my friend sent me a screen shot which is .bmp file. I tried to copy/paste here but not successful. Even I tried imgur URL still it is not shown here.

I converted the file into .jpg and .pnb still not getting copy/paste. Where as if I copy/paste any picture from net it is getting pasted. Now tell me what to do. How to show you the screen shot where in my friends are not able to login into IF through their Lappy/PC?
