Thank you for such a detailed and well balanced analysis😊

I agree mala had every right to walk away from a abusive relationshie, it is every womans right and we now know that mala did make effort from her end to make the marriaqe work but recieved no support from dilsher.

Yes I always wanted to know if Mala made efforts to make her marriage work and now that I know she did , I m relieved and could relate to her as well 👍🏼

However, mala had the time and the resources to take her son with her because she new how bitter and abusive dilsher was, whether it was mental abuse or physical abuse, but she did not make the effort. She simply did not try hard enough to fight for her only son when she new about dilsher, she left rudra to put up with all the abuse and poison, which only intensified after her departure.

yess thats the part where Rudra will hold the grudge that Mala dint try enough if she knew her husband was an alcoholic and abusive person by nature ...

It would be interesting to see if paro questions mala on that matter because its not exactly rocket science, mother left husband because he was abusive but left her child behined so it only makes sense for anyone to question as to why the mother didnt fight for her child?
But no sure if paro would even think along those lines, what she has been told today is probably alot for her to take in, she might probe mala further but not too much.

I guess Rudra only might question Mala about it instead of Paro .. Paro will want things to b forgotten and all to come together or mayb as per article if she decides to play reverse psychology and reprimand Mala to see if Rudra defends his mother or not , then Paro might raise this question to Mala 🤔

Poor rudra, he really has hit rock bottom, betrayed from all sides and to make it worse the betrayal is from his own parents. Cannot really blame him for the state he is in...he really needs some space and time to deal with all this.

true .. he can see how he is badly trapped in this fight between his parents .. no wonder he asks them why did they give birth to him 😭😭

I am not sure if it is right for paro to compare her situation with malas, for it does not quite much sense, would be grateful if someone could shed some light on this.

I had same question .. In Paro's case everything happened in front of Rudra , he was not kept in dark , he saw what all Paro went through with his own eyes but in case of Dilsher-Mala relation , he was kept in the dark and had no idea about it ... so there is a difference ..

there are two ways to treat this violence

1- a category of women remains passive due to financial dependence and fear being on the street with these childrens.

2- the other category is looking for an escape and live freely in order to rebuild the physical and psychological damage

in the case of Mala was looking for an escape route thanks to the writing of his thoughts and poetry, the problem she has solved a problem by a big mistake, she abandoned her child with a violent man and a drunkard

I do not judge his actions; Unfortunately, the pain makes us act incoherently, Tejawet is a crafty person, she knew how to influence the mind disturbed Mala😭

The victim is Rudra whose childhood was stolen by a weak mother and a father ungrateful

we shouldn't to compare the incomparable, Paro is not Mala, Rudra despite his hatred and rudeness has never exceeded th red line.

at the end he got to know with treasure that has invaded his life without damaging Paro❤️

Closing Remarks

No woman can tolerate conjugal violence

Woww u summed it up so well 👏👏👏

I agree on Mala here .. yess she wanted to escape from a abusive relationship but the route she choose , that of going to Tejawat , was that right or just a hasty decision for her own desires and to escape from her abusive husband .. its quite debatable because we know the man she choose to escape with was a wrong guy too

Instead she could hv gone the legal way... could hv taken a divorce and Rudra's custody first and then thought of second marriage because if she used to write and handle business , then it means she was quite educated and intelligent enough to go the legal way too ... but she preferred to do a runaway act and never went the legal way either for Rudra which was her mistake ...

About Dilsher , well the guy was wrong and a male chauvinist for sure and right now on a redeeming path ..

In all this Rudra is the sufferer for no fault of his ... 😔

Mala's past has been revealed and her reasons for the grand departure. However Mala still does not get any sympathy from me. I do understand that Dilsher was an abusive husband and no woman should be subject to such cruelty but what about Rudra? I don't know something seems majorly amiss. Lets see ahead!

Someone above mentioned about the divorce or legal separation, I don't know if such a thing exist in the rural areas. If it does than certainly that was the way to go.

However there would be not much of a drama as needed for a prime time show 😆😆
