There have been so many shows in which actors have been replaced due to various reasons. The only thing that is consistent in this world is change. Let us have an detached attachment with any show, so that we wont be affected much of any actor have to be changed for inevitable reasons.

Going in search of greener pastures is not a crime. This industry is particularly not a very stable one, and therefore wanting to strike iron while it is hot is certainly not disloyalty to anyone.
Let us assume, Ashish gets an opportunity to do a lead role in BW, buts he lets go of it due to his commitment to the show, a couple of months later, if the channel decides to pull the show off air due to some other reason, then is the loyalty going to fetch him another opportunity in BW the next day?
All that I want to say is, at the end of the day, its only a show. It will see its end one day too, months or years after which it is likely to be forgotten. Let us not get too emotional about it. After all, we have so many things to worry about in asli duniya, isn't it?
This is my humble opinion !!

I will leave the show when Ashish or Sanaya do. I wont be heartbroken. i will simply follow them to their next show. Thats all!! Not worried. And am not a fan of shows because they end one way or the other. Its the actors that I like.

Brilliant advice! Keeping emotions detached!

But still, at the end of the day, it's not only us that get affected when the male lead of our beloved show quits, the entire cast + crew of that show and the show itself are affected.

Going in search of greener pastures is certainly not a crime, but it's also not very ethical, especially when you have a hoard of fans creating bedlam ever since they heard about their favourite TV actor's exit from their beloved show.

But who cares about fans right? Those people who literally make these guys who they are.

Anyway, this is my humble opinion and I hope I don't get attacked for it.

I think its unfair to expect anyone to give up their aspirations for a show or set of fans. I'm sure none of us would turn away from greener pastures ourselves.

However what is necessary is complete honest and clarity in communications.

And holding actors alone responsible is incorrect. We fans are no less. We tend to overlook the contribution of the rest of the cast & crew- all for one and demand, spam, abuse all & sundry for the show to be closed.

So its a two street. the actor should be honest & upfront if they want to leave and the fans should exercise their rights with their remote not their emails & phones.

U have typed an incorrect statement even female leads get chances, its their professionalism towards what they choose which keeps them till the end gaining immense respect from their "viewers" a term Sanaya uses.
Apart from that I agree with the rest.

relaxxx ... da show has just started ..!!!
just njoy it while it last no...!!!

As an actor it's their dreams to search for bigger and greater opportunity...!!!
we can't predict what future holds ...
i advice dat we shudn't get emotional attached to da
character soo much...!!!

been there done dat... !!!

And IF one fine day he decides to add up more dimensions to
his portfolio i can only wish him all da luck and success...!!!

if there is one actor who does have the capability
and potential of becoming da next Rudra is
Harshad chopra...!!!

anyhooo i hope he stays till d end...!!!
and somewhat i feel this character is perfectly made for him ...!!!

I would say Ashish go ahead and do what makes you happy because at the end of the day fans always move on to greener pastures
Plus it is a personal choice. Sanaya has never been interested in films. It is not that with looks like hers she wont get offers, not to mention her talent
First look after yourself, your life, your happiness, your health and your home

Bold- I am sorry I need to call you out on that statement, that is a rather sexist thing to say. Women in every field work hard to attain success and economic security. There are enough single women in glamour industry, single moms etc and even married actresses who support their family with their income and/ or do not want to depend on their husbands/ partners economically. There are many actresses who continue working long hours after marriage and having kids.

This is precisely the kind of thinking which leads to gender stereotypes and inequality of pay etc.

it's a fact of this industry that actors may move on if they get a better offer! the ph's, the channels, the actors, no-one in is it for the hype or fame or fans although these r great fringe benefits, it is basically their job. there is a huge amount of money being made in tv right now but still if an actor is unsatisfied or not loving the job anymore they will move on. the actor ur alluding to left, he said he would 'die' if he had had to stay. the person originally meant to do his role just quit/got fired from his show. the actor who would have replaced him is apparently about to quit his show. sanaya's other half quit his show when they changed the storyline and took focus away from his character.

i think more than worrying about ashish, we should hope that the creatives stay on track and deliver what they promised - that is what ultimately makes or breaks a show and what keeps the actors interested. so far ashish seems to be happy with the way his role is shaping up, they've developed it with a lot of care and he's doing it justice. but in time if the cv's get creative due to low trps or channel demands only then should u worry. personally i think the actors that stay in the same show for many years may not be getting other offers or better offers. this is just my opinion looking at how the industry works and how so many actors/actresses have left their shows before time.
