Aahil is already married to Sanam, even if it was a contract marriage, he hasnt given talaaq to her 3 times.

A man can't be married to 2 sisters at the same time.

So his marriage to Seher would be invalid I guess.

Well in that case zoyaan marriage was too invalid !

But in zoyan they signed the nikahnama, thus making it legal. Here even if Ahil/Seher nikkah does happen she would be saying yes taking on Sanam as her name and also would sign the nikkahnama as Sanam...So here its a double whammy and not valid in any scenario.

Legal and illegal is not the question here. The marriage won't happen at all. I have a feeling Seher will go to the temple before the wedding and Rehaan will meet her there. He will forgive her and she will want to renege on the deal. She will follow Raziya and find Sanam to swap places again.

I remember this discussion happening during Zoyaan too.
Neither this nor that nikaah is valid. Its not a real nikaah if the name is one and the person is another which will be a common thing in both nikaahs. But all this is forgotten on TV. Creative liberties I suppose.

Zoyaan nikkah was invalid because they never said yes for ewach other intentionally, and Faiz Haya Nikkah was invalid too. I don't know why they are mocking marriage in every possible way. :S

SeHan wont be getting together anytime soon knowing Gul :/ Rehan will get mad at her again after knowing she was pretending to be Sanam

i have a feeling aahil and seher will get married, whether its legal or not, sanam ,now knowing seher is her sister, wont let aahil break off his wedding to seher, will sacrifice her life for her sisters sake..
rehan would be sad again, angry and quiet , might even leave..
aahil will become this angry and brooding guy who cant forget sanam,but has to live with seher..
seher the evil twin would have become a perfect home wrecker..
