According to the precap Sanam was shown telling about the evidence MINUS the plan of stabbing her. She goes in search of Aahil. Aahil is too coming in search of her telling her everything, they bump into each other, and the evidence gets lost in somewhere. And then they both start arguing about who would tell their side of story first 😆😆
