He removed the back hair punk or spikes ...not exactly sure what exactly it is called, he looks more sober. I like the new sober look.. May be he did it for more traditional look during Nikha..

do you guys like it?

It can even be justified post marriage, now that he's going to go through a lot of heartache thinking that Sanam hates him, and worse, she loves Rehaan. He can get into devdas mode with the beard! PLEASE!
