Due to your hint in a previous reply to me, I was expecting an adverse reaction but not a head-on clash with Siddique. Bravo! 👏 Wonder what Asad's reaction will be! He does not know the details of the enmity. Will he now find out? Will he stick to his decision of accepting Zoya or will Ammi's love and the Abbu bitterness take over and bring back the Akdu?

I have always loved Zoya Anwar relationship. Miss it on the show. You nailed it. So Zoya found out the truth from Anwar! Before reading the 1st part, I thought she overheard Ghafoor and Dilshaad fighting but didn't know details. This is even better! Almost everything out in the open.

yeah, anwar's intentions are good but indirectly, he is also responsible for this mess

Funny, you mentioned the Titli song. I have been listening to it and Kashmir/Kanyakumari this morning. In fact if the little one finishes a certain portion of her school summer homework in the next hour, I am taking her to watch the movie! It's more for me as I'm a die-hard fan of a certain Khan!! 😉 But heard mixed reviews. Lets see!

yes, titli song has been on repeat on my ipod these days. Let me know how chennai express is...SRK has lost the charm for me these days but I might see it because of the hype. I can't stand loud and OTT comedy

The one thing that cracked me up was that Razia is the other woman in your story and her daughter is the illegitimate one instead of Zoya. Although, Zeenat is a sweetheart. Wonder why she still has a pull towards her Mom. Time will tell!!

OK, my review of CE. Disclaimer: I just got back from a 2 1/2 hr assault on my senses!! It's a Rohit Shetty film ( Did you know he's the son of Fighter Shetty - old movies baddie? Just found out!), so it's got to be loud and OTT. If not for SRK, I would wait to watch it on DVD. As I said I am a die-hard SRK fan (from days of Fauji - if you watched the TV series) but yeah, his face is showing his age. At least his character is 40 yrs old and not 26! His acting was OTT. Sigh! Even I cringed. I thought Deepika did well with her Tamil accent. Little one enjoyed it, thx to the sub-titles. After a stressful week, it was time pass. The 2 songs are on repeat on my iPhone! Would I watch it again? Nope. Do I regret watching it. Nope. 😆

This is what I figured after I saw the preview...guess DVD will do for me😆

yes, Zoya has changed quite a bit...abhi aage aage aur dekhte hain. Zoya has inherited a lot from her abbu- even her stubborn gene😉

Gafoor never married Razia - interesting. And, he sounds like Imraan, "You left me and I strayed." But, it seems the man failed in every relationship except being Zoya's father and now he seems hell-bent on ruining that, too.

Ghafoor has a big ego...that's his biggest problem. He doesn't like to lose

Dilshaad threw Zoya out - poor, poor Zoya. Her lie was an innocent one. She had no idea about their shared past. Hope Dilshaad thinks and regrets, when she calms down. Got reminded of Asad's arrival after the infamous SR scene and Dilshaad letting out anger born out of hurt that was caused long time ago.

yeah, u were the first one to point that out a while back- Dilshad's hatred for lies could create problems. Bingo!

One thing that I found odd is Dilshaad called 'Siddiqui Sahab'. They are same age and last they met each other was in young age, and he was definitely no sahab then. May be, it is just Dilshaad being her polite and dignified self.

it's probably my mistake/...hangover from QH mahaepisode but yes, Dilshaad does have good manners😆

BTW, what is happening to Asad? Uper se impending engagement. If Zoya runs away, Gafoor may get Dilshaad framed - one more reason for Asad to hate him or is this now time for Rashid to come and share the stage?
