I agree with them actually. Maybe not with their way of saying it but some people were really over doing it and said some extremely rude things. Hope everyone calms down a little now 😊

The difference also lies in the way people talk on their forums to them, blame them, name call them and creatives, fight and so on. That has to be taken in consideration to, don't you think, there is a reaction for every action, and their point blank answer is to those who are unnecessarily being rude to them. They are one of the very few or rather the only production house who interacts to this level with their fans, providing spoiler pictures, behind the scenes videos and articles to keep every fan informed. They try and please everyone, churn out amazing episodes, but their walls are full of complains and more complains, rather than some appreciation. A person who does any form of work, needs some reward at the end of the day to feel more encouraged to keep it up, but if you only get fights, complains and name calling that sorta tone really cannot be helped.

And why should they follow every little thing the fans say? They have a story in mind and a story to tell, why not give them the chance to present it, if even then the majority does not like it, suggestions can be given, they will be read and probably acted upon like they have earlier.
There are a thousand fans on the page, if they were to agree and act upon every suggestion, their own story would be ruined.

I second you Ankita 😊

As much as I agree with the production house, @Laila2009...BANG ON... Their tone of voice is extremely rude. Even if the fans or "so called" fans are abusing and being rude, I find it unnecessary to stoop to their level and respond in such a manner keeping in mind that they are part of a professional platform. That is no way to behave. Its like saying that " You hit me so I'm going to hit you back". As MATURE PROFESSIONAL individuals, its their job to ignore or handle situations with more grace. Having said that, some people need to go buy dettol and mouthwash because they are so dirty. CALM THE HELL DOWN. Watch the damn show. The main story has hardly started. You have to wait.

Absolutely NOT. There is no need to respond in the same tone if people become belligerent. As a production company fans are of utmost importance and this is absolutely no way to behave with them.

Fans are the reason why the show is watched. They are watching for a reason - and it is important for a forum to hear the fans. It happens in the west all the time be it in the US or the UK. So what if they have a story in mind? It might have looked good at the time but now, it is a whole other situation and it is not going down well with the public - and the majority too. Fans are your biggest critics. If you don't listen to them, then who are you making this show for? Yourselves?

People are making ONE request repeatedly - they do not want Zoya with Ayaan - that's it. Tell me, how will this jodi make the story better or interesting to watch?

i dont think they are wrong in giving out the above statement...its always frustrating for any PH when fans begin to do all this and that too when their show's storyline has been consistent and is delivering something good and what audience wants...and blaming them continously for separating asya when clearly on the show nothing has been done so far is it fair to them..NO i dont think so...GIVE THEM ATLEAST A CHANCE TO SHOW WHAT THEY HAVE WRITTEN ...and am sure they would not disappoint

This story is about Asad and Zoya, they are the crux of it and BY NOW we know that. But if Asad and Zoya are going to be together all the time, with no twist or turn in story how will the show be interesting to watch?

They have a story to till, and unless we've seen it, how would we know what it is. The viewers there are jumping the gun even before they've seen what is to come, only on basis of their own predictions. If the show bothers you so much, you could easily stop watching it. Also if the same requests are put forward in a decent manner, they will be responded with in that manner as well. They would definitely keep our suggestions, likes and dislikes in their mind when they go ahead with their story and script, but they cannot keep twisting a story for everyone's likes.

The story is of the story tellers and when we read a book, we either read what is written or just merely shut the book if we dislike it, but when that story cannot be changed there why want to do the same with the show?

^^i agree with ankita...4 lions is one of the very few production houses who has always listened to their fans demands, get video interviews, get a separate forum for their fans to discuss their shows, have always tried to keep in mind whatever audiences want...and given them what is best...and till now i dont think they have disappointed anyone..and about ayaan zoya well i dont think anyone needs to be worried about that track because from her mind and soul zoya is asad's only..so why fear..and even is ayaan zoya happen zoya would never reciprocate to ayaan or any of his feelings...and please yaar forget ayaan zoya till now cv's havent given any inclination towards them in show...lets enjoy the present rather than spoiling it by thinking about future...and have trust in creatives of show

Are you telling me that you can't believe writers are able to come up with a show with two characters together without turning it into a triangle and bringing in Ayaan? I have no problem in a separation but her with Ayaaan - NO. And that storyline is super predictable to say the least. Asad goes with Tanveer, Zoya ends up with Ayaan, he divorces her, asks Asad to marry her so he can marry her again and Asad refuses to divorce her. We've discussed this to no end on this forum.

The viewers are smart; they are NOT happy and I don't blame them. These are the people who tune in everyday to watch AsYa, so WHO is this Zoya-Ayaan story line going to cater for? Pleae tell me...the people who are not interested in the show who are not going to tune in even if we have Zoya prancing around with Shah Rukh Khan as Ayaan? The people do not want her paired with Ayaan - poll after poll has been done to express it.

No show is ever written with hard or fast rules - this is something that I believe you do not realize. A show, a story can be changed at the last minute. This show can survive without a boring Asad-Zoya-Ayaan triangle style love story. I can't imagine WHO, other than those who wish to bow down to anything thrown at the them, will be tuning int to watch it.

Added later: In fact it today's episode was two hours long with just Asad Zoya, it would still not be enough.
