I saw some of the asad-zoya scenes , and to be honest i am liking Asad and i am liking the way ksg is keeping Asad very understated , cold , reserved...it's honestly working for me..but i am not warming up to Zoya and especially her interactions or rather counter interacitons with Asad..i mean she is 20 osmething , not 5! there is a line between being cute and being irritating and annoying..she has the right to be angry as Asad ran over her again , seriously , no one shouts like that or accuses like a child taunting a guy who snatched her candies away...it's just my opinion..i am liking Asad..but the cvs have to do something with Zoya...can't she be a little more sensible in her scenes like Najma? Anyway.

I agree. I mean 4 lions apparently have a tradition of these cold and quiet men and bubbly and cheerful heroines but zoya is not that great of a character. Her thinking and mannerisms dont make her a modern smart muslim girl, Instead, she just ends up looking foolish sometimes! The creatives said zoya's character will be an accurate representation of modern sensible indian girls but zoya isn't really working for me either. Also, it may have something to do with the fact Surbhi isn't all that great. She is better than many other actresses but not that amazing :P

i know. to be honest zoya pisses me off. big time. asad even when he's funny , hes serious and thats any day more effective...zoya makes me want to bang my head against the wall. the cvs and surbhi need to do some serious work evolvement.lol.sorry i don't think she is in the acting standards of many actresses..do not mean to bash but i think she needs to really improve. i like the ayan and asad scenes so much better.😛

koyal its a four lions production jus look at their previous two lead actresses and you will understand why her character is the way she is😳...and zoya is really putting all new yorker's to shame we really aint like that at all😆

haha here's what i hate abt zoya:

That bird she talks to

Her weird dance

Her, "allah mian, whats wrong with..."

I dont even like the way she treated the eve teasers

She comes across as a kid who refuses to grow up but has a sensitive side and probably a sad past. Instead of the character appearing as that of a girl who is smart but enjoys the little things in life and is free spirited, only the overtly free spirited-ness has been shown.

On a side note, some of Surbhi's pronunciations were really off. I understand its a hindi show but if you're showing a girl who's come from NY, and making her speak lines in english then might as well make sure that the actor gets them right! It gets quite annoying and awkward sometimes :P

hey katie. 😊 i know i don't like her allah miya thing either. 😆 I didn't see the epi yesterday so can't comment on Madhu..but if she was like Geet then it is better i don't see it. 😆 rofl , you didn't like geet either lol. high five. 😆

i only saw the asad and zoya scenes i don't know how she was in other situations...anyway..i am not warming up to Zoya..if there is past or a sensitive , hurtful side to her then i would like that track to be more than welcome cause she is almost intolerable generally...its like a girl child's love story wih a stony man...i want the girl child to evolve into a strong , fearless woman with dignity who does'nt let the scars of her life show..but i think i am expecting too much.

Koyal u gotta see the episode for deepali that girl was jus fabulous yesterday wid her seduction...and geet came to visit at the end of the episode😆 ...i swear i felt she was better at the dance then madhu (madhu's lip singing was horriable)...i hated geet but i was forced by my stepsis to watch a year of it🤢...got it was bad
