Hi, So far, we did not get any response or even a rejection mail from startv.

Is the mail id hello@startv.com?

Yes, there are other mail ids like

response@startv.com,
response@hellostarindia.com

But the mail id confirmed by the reps is hello@startv.com

Other star ids are personal ids.

But ofcourse there is no response from channel reps and not even a hello to our mails so far :D

Yup..i mailed at hello@startv.com..several times with different ids.reply is same..

Did you mail only to hello@startv.com or did you include any other mail ids. I mean it could also be that one of the accounts got deactivated and you got a nondeliver message.
