Not many are lucky when it comes to making it big in the glam industry. But Vivian D'sena is a completely different story. Vivian is roaring high in his career just as he is on his personal front with love coming his way.

As a lead in Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahaani and nowMadhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Vivian feels it is his hard work and destiny that has finally paid off. "It is pay back time for me. I don't know whether whatever I have today is because I deserve it or it is in my karma, but I have struggled a lot and people don't tend to remember that," says Vivian who did the unusual show Pyaar Kii... as he feels "someone had to start something new and different. I researched on vampires for two and a half months."
Vivian is back on the small screen with a different story. "I am back in a new Avatar on TV. I have lost weight - I was 98 kgs and now I am 86 kgs. People hardly know, but I have had six packs when I was modelling, it is just that I never got a chance to show them on small screen," he says. Regarding his new character, Vivian says, "It's exciting! I am very nervous as it's a challenging role - my character RK belongs to a rich and affluent family who was born to be an actor. He has been exposed to films since childhood and has a big name in the industry. He is a superstar, the biggest star of all times."
Vivian, who is a popular face amongst the youngsters, credits his popularity to his hard work. He says, "I am a piece of furniture on the sets. I do what my directors say and put in my specialTouch for the final product. Vahbbiz (Dorabjee) and I met a young girl in a mall who asked me if she could touch me. I had to tell her that I was not a vampire, I won't eat her up. And she started crying after she touched me. If people love me so much then it's got to be my hard work that is paying off."
Talking about today's TV shows, Vivian feels TV shows are increasingly becoming regressive because the audience like them. He says, "The audience like to watch such shows. Sympathy works a lot in India and the USP of the show is when characters have a 'bechara' face."
Vivian, a national level Football player and a technology freak likes to experiment in the kitchen during a day off. "I am majorly into technology and I am very tech-savvy. I also cook as it distresses me. I cook every weekend, my helpers are not allowed to enter my kitchen during those two days. Vahbbiz loves bhindi, chicken and magical dal (mom's recipe) that I cook for her," he says with a smile.
Since things are turning well, marriage seems to be on the cards for Vivian. "The wedding bells are going to ring probably in the coming six months. Cards are being printed - only the date and venue needs to be filled," he says and adds, "Vahbbiz and I share a good understanding. We are more of Friends than a couple and it makes life easy for both of us."
But does getting married hinder the career graph, as it does to most of the female actresses? "Marriage doesn't make any difference in the industry. Professional and personal lives can't be mixed. If you are a good performer, nothing matters," he says.

I find it quite funny actually that the people last year that were like we only like Abhay the character not Vivian because he can't keep his prof and personal life seperate are all now dying to watch his show but anyway good luck to him.

Well I guess it was the other way round...He got a break in the show and he used it to the best by getting engaged in that break😆...coz he is no big shot that the producer/director/writer would change the story for him. He is a Salman fan not Salman Khan of TV that ppl would bow to him. 😆And infact when he did take a break he did double the hard work so that his fans do not miss seeing their fav Abhay onscreen and thats why we never got an epi which did not have Abhay even when Vivian was on a vacation.

Ohh and about the couple interviews blame it on media who are more interested in actor's personal lives rather than the shows.
