Maybe aman knows both arpita and aarti.
You know the honeymoon photo which had aarti in it so maybe even aman would have been there
Maybe arpita's lover before marriage and aarti's college friend is one and the same- Aman.
Though aarti may not know about this but yash does.
Aarti would have met aman in mumbai. Yash could have seen this as history repeating itself.
He got betrayed by his late wife. But he chose to remember only her good memories of her and protect her image in front of the family.
But seeing aman again and that too with aarti would have triggered his long suppressed sense of betrayal so that is why he has become so angry at himself , at aarti and at hollow memories of his not so perfect wife.
