Guys I have not been able to completely watch the 4 hr special telecast which is put as 4 parts in SonyLiv. I have only watched part 1 as of now. So this analysis is limited to sat episode and part 1. I will put the remaining once I complete watching it.
First and the foremost the episodes dealt about perception breaking. All your actions are based on your perceptions or illusion which may not be the truth always. And how are these perceptions formed. Past experience, hearsay, societal conditions, personal beliefs all contribute to our perceptions.
The interesting point here is all people who act upon perceptions are not essentially bad. Bad are those people who use this perceptions for their selfish purpose. So you have to isolate these jackal's in goat's skin. All the pain is to ensure the people who are exploited by selfish people see the truth so that the power of selfish people go. Now prithvi bears the stone throwing because people believe he is their enemy. He takes the stone and gives back to them asking them to hit him again. Here we see people are hesitating. A man after bearing so much insult from them is calling them friend. They will think. They will re consider.
Now Prithvi openly admits he crossed the line of maryada and not Mrinal. I would say that was the best part of PV where he questions a woman on how she can undermine another woman.The tool patriarichy has used for centuries is splitting the woman in name of roles while men were never roles, they were just men. Women fight as nanand, saas,bahu, beti to get the attention of same man, while men dont vie as son, husband, son-in-law to get the attention of a woman. They know they will be taken care of. It's important for the ladies to think as woman and stand for each other. They should make men in their life respect them than making defeating the other woman sole purpose of their life.
Sulochna gave words of wisdom to Mrinal. She had heard Prithvi himself taking the blame of the kiss on his head. She has seen how her so called family is treating her. Power is poison as well as boon. Your character is revealed how you behave when you have power. Jakkala has undermined herself when she spoke those sharp words to Mrinal comparing her to Kosha. Though Lakshmi has come back to her, their relation is not same as before. Jakkala is thinking about her sweet simple parivaar when Mrinal announces her decision to step out. Whereas Tailap has decided to give his name to Kosha's child. Is it going to go well with Jakkala and most importantly satyashrey.
Kosha was adamant to get the rights of her child. Look at the way she used Tailap's weakness for her advantage. She knew he will come to her, he needs her and till he agreed to her demand she didnt allow him to romance her. Will her demand stop with her child's right or is it like how will the king give right to the child without marrying the mother. Will have to wait and see. She has also not yet revealed to Tailap it was Prithvi who saved her though she know Prithvi is getting tortured in Malwa.
But the most important point is Prithvi taking the blame of the kiss all by himself that too publicly. In a way Mrinal got her revenge. Malwa's king admitting he crossed the line of maryada with a woman is something that kingdom should be ashamed off. Mano hope you understood what I had written in last week's analysis on Guru Aditya. Guru Aditya told Prithvi what people are doing to Mrinal. He knew Prithvi will take the blame on himself.Even he wants Mrinal to understand Prithvi and move on with her life.
