how i hate the word axe...😡 they cant deny it now how much they want to..

Confirmed: 'Pratigya' to end on Star Plus this month.

'Pratigya' faces axe for new show this month One of Star Plus' top rated shows 'Mann Kee Awaaz… Pratigya' will be ending this month, BizAsia can confirm.

After months of speculation, sources have confirmed to BizAsia that the show will bid adieu to viewers on Friday 26th October, with possibly a weekend finale scheduled as well. The show launched in December 2009 and has proved a success for the channel. Arhaan Behl and Pooja Gor played the lead characters in 'Pratigya'.

'Pratigya' will be replaced with 'Veera' in the 22:30 band from Monday 29th October. Aastha Chaudhary will play an important character which will be a cameo in 'Veer'. She will be seen opposite Sudhanshu Pandey. Samiksha Bhatnagar will play the role of a newly married girl who is devoted to her family.
