Is Temple Wedding not considered real?

In this show, Popatlal and Bulbul got married at the temple. Personally, I consider that officially married. Even the police considered that official marriage, because Bulbul told them they were married, and that's why the police left saying they can't do anything.

So after the temple marriage, the 2nd marriage was only so all the neighbors/relatives could take part in the wedding. If Bulbul was already married to Popatlal, can her 2nd marriage really count with Rahul?

If this is how they planned the whole track, perhaps they shouldn't have done the first temple marriage, and simply showed it as 'engagement' by exchanging rings. Seems to me that the show maker didn't consider the temple marriage as "real" marriage.

What are your thoughts?

Agree, they could have shown that Bulbul just agrees to marry and then comes to his home. Track would have a more bearable then.
They made a mockery of the whole temple marriage. 😡

Totally agree - I guess the wedding before a priest at a temple does not count rather the one before a priest at gokuldham society has more weight - too bad - I guess TMKOC does not give credit to its viewers...

Priest even confirmed the marriage was complete it obviously was real to the priest he even tells popatlal to take his bride home. It's a major blooper they should have given explanation if popatlal got it annulled or not.

This Popatlal's marriage track really fit the song of Salman Khan's new film "Jai Ho"

"Apna kaam banta bhaad me jaaye janta"

They got huge TRP boost, we got "Baba ji ka Thullu" = huge disappointment 😛

Even saas-bahu drama is better than this !!! 😡

Exactly at least they should not have shown Popat Bulbul's marriage in the temple. Its really annoying that they made fun of marriage by getting both of them married in the temple and then later making Bulbul marrying Rahul. Thumbs down to the creatives of TMKOC for making mockery of marriage ! 👎🏼
