She's admitted it to Armaan on camera, and it wasn't just once, it was 3 times. So, there had to have been intent.

Yup, she admitted to it later (31-20-31:28). I didn't watch the video this close before but now that I have, what Tanisha did was something really sinister. And before Kushal said all those mean things, Tanisha bumped into him. If a man shoves himself, the way Tanisha did to Kushal, to a woman it would be considered sexual harassment. Can it be more evident who was at fault here ?

If you listen carefully, you will hear that she also said a lot of mean things to Kushal from inside the box.

Funny how 5 people say 'No' even though both Armaan and Tanisha are admitting to it (31:20-31:28)

There are some people here who have also been aggressively rationalizing Andy showcasing Gauhar's undergarments. The most common argument is that she is a prostitute who poses in bikinis for photo shoots and wear's revealing clothes on the show so it's OK to show case her personal things.

Was it deliberate - yes.
Was it violent - hell, no! (but we'll save that for another day :) )

That is friggin disgusting. What's wrong with people? But then again India has a culture of victim blaming, smh.
It's common for friends to do stupid shit like that with each other, that's why Andy did it. He got carried away. Plain and simple. He should have known things like this are cool within your home and don't have to be aired for all of India to see!

A deliberate bump like that can prove far far more deadly than a violent charge with a neck grab.

Don't know about the sexual harassment laws in India but in the west, Tanisha would have been in deep trouble. Had there been no cameras, Kushal would have been in deep trouble because Tanisha could claim sexual harassment.
