When Suraj decided to leave RM, Sandhya was not in favor and asked Suraj, "why are you leaving the family?". Suraj replied, "The relations have become BIMAAR (sick). In order to cure this BIMAAR relation, separation is necessary. Although separation is KADWA (sour taste) but then it will serve as a medicine to cure the BIMAAR relations"

We DABHians were so happy that finally SurYa are going live alone...far away from the RM madness...we were expecting that SurYa romance...but today's episode showed that SurYa moved into a rented house that is down the street in the corner from RM. In fact, they can see Bhabho doing pooja in RM temple from their room !!!

What kind of separation from RP is this?? Is this separation really KADWA??... Will this really cure the BIMAAR relation??

I don't think this is a KADWA separation that Suraj was lecturing to Sandy...This could work in Bhabho's favor because she will get to see her Chora every morning, all day working in the sweet shop...she will have the satisfaction that her Chora is doing well, physically and emotionally...Bhabho will get used to this way of living and may never call them back in RM...

What will prompt Bhabho to go and plead SurYa to return?? Hanuman Gali's gossips?? Injury to Suraj / Sandy??

What if Bhabho deliberately INJURES herself and Suraj comes running down to take care of Bhabho?? We know Bhabho is capable of injuring herself to do emotional atyachaar on Suraj...I do not see this kind of separation as KADWA.

Nice post. I find the entire idea ridiculous to say the least. What was the purpose of Suraj leaving the house.

1. From Suraj's point of view to make his mother realise how wrong she was in stooping so low. That is unlikely to happen without an LC revelation.

2.Viewers wanted the family to miss SurYa financially and emotionally. Financially he lives bang opposite so feeling the pinch won't happen. Emotionally in case of crisis they will come running immediately. 👎🏼

3. Bhabo missing Suraj. She can see him daily so no missing happening.😕

4. So what have you achieved except waste of hard earned 50000 rupees for a period of 15 days.

5. Any thing compelled or thrust down the throat of Bhabo will only make her more bitter. She may call them back in case of any emergency like BS but that will hardly melt her towards IPS. Her reluctant approval will bring us back to square one.

6. If they had made Suraj leave the house, settle some where far then the family would have felt the financial pinch, emotionally Bhabo Bhabasa would be shattered and Suraj cannot come running to solve their problems.👎🏼

7. The problem is without Bhabo DABH cannot top the charts. She is their USP not SurYa. So the story runs in circles repeating the same challenges packaged differently. From the story's point of view Sandhya cannot live without Bhabo. Suraj has realised that. She can live without Suraj. The BhaSan chemistry is stronger. Had she been asked to stay in RM by Suraj she would have meekly protested and stayed. It is separation from Bhabo which shatters her. So Suraj like a good loving husband has decided to end Sandhya's misery. 😆

8. DABHians misunderstood the CVs once again. Separation makes the heart grow fonder was meant for BhaSan and not Suraj and his mother. See CVs surprised us once again.😆

what you wrote is valid and I was also pondering the same...hence the thread...I do not see how Bhabho will whole-heartedly accept the dream of Sandhya...what will convince her that Sandy is doing the right thing??

Like you mentioned...they should have rented a house which is at least 20 miles from RM...and since Suraj knows Bhabho will come in 15 days, SurYa could survive those 15 days on the money Sandy won...no need for the shop to remain open...

Agree with what you said, but I see it a bit differently. I think Suraj's decision gets him closer to his goal, than moving far far away would've done.

Two major problems with living far far away:

- Misunderstandings would've increased rather than decrease, thanks to Meena and Co of RP. Example, today Meena tried to make Bhabho think Suraj went to live with Ankur. With Bhabho unable to see reality, it would become much easier for Meena and others to influence/manipulate Bhabho.

- It makes financial and emotional blackmail as the primary weapon of Suraj. As a result, the whole issue of Bhabho being forced to accept IPS Sandhya becomes very relevant.

So with SurYa living in the hood, it avoids the above mentioned problems, which are detrimental to Suraj's goal of improving relationships.

Looking forward to see how CVs get Suraj to improve relationships without using 'Bhobhoistic tactics'

You know what Shaant. I think Sandhya is a classic case study for Stockholm Syndrome. Stockholm Syndrome refers to strong emotional ties which develop between the victim and the aggressor.Her emotional bonding with Bhabo who harasses, intimidates and abuses her points in that direction. She has started identifying herself with Bhabo. She cannot bear to be separated from her. She is heart broken and seeks her father's reassurance that Suraj is good enough.😆

you are very right...and that is really unfortunate! We are so unlucky to love a couple that has zero RQ.

The purpose of separation was to melt Bhabo to accept IPS willingly through EB and make her realise the depths to which she sunk and that is unlikely to succeed unless Bhabo knows about LC. That can happen without SurYa leaving the house also if the CVs find separation too painful to write or show. Bhabo could have moved around with a sullen face not talking to SurYa. Bhabasa could have told her about LC...what is the purpose of separation and finally living opposite the house.

Yep, agree with you UMDU ji. Not really sure why separation was all that necessary in the first place. Even Suraj said that they can live in RM and still fulfill their IPS waala dream. Maybe it was meant as a symbolic move to tell Bhabho 'to relax, take a step back, and think'; to give her some space. Maybe this idea that 'Suraj was so hurt that he decided to leave the house' can get Bhabho thinking in a more positive direction once the 'kaun kaun knows about LC' thing comes out. Looking for future episodes to clarify.

@Samir Bhabo with her level of stubbornness and king sized ego is not the kind of person who will introspect over her behavior. She is too sure of herself and believes she can do no wrong. Unless there is a shocker which jolts her and makes her feel extremely guilty and shameful of her actions. That is only LC. Suraj planned the move as it did not seem to be an impulsive outburst. The fact that he talked to the property dealer before hand points to that direction. Let us see how things play out. At least we got something to munch from this episode.😆

Well .. the LC thing did make her have that visionary experience out of guilt last time. So like you say, it might be effective once again in rekindling her conscience, when she finds out Suraj knows about it.

Yes, the story seems promising. I just hope we don't go back to square one again, after 15 DABH days! 🤔
