is this leap really going to happen?

Hey guys I was wondeirng what you though is this leap really going to happen? I mean we have been waiting and waiting and nothing has happend so im not sure now. Does anyone know where it was confirmed that there is going to be a leap lol. Or is ther esome kind of confusion here also! lol. Anyways if the leap does happen what are you predictions post-leap.
