Anyways, here are my thoughts on the mysterious letter.
I was confused at first, I thought it was the love letter from Madhu. But if it had been Madhu's letter, it would've been dirty (because of the food) and he would've smiled.
But rather he seemed upset, distraught and hid it in his pocket after seeing Madhu.
It was a short note (you could see through the paper), I'm guessing...
a checklist for everything he has to do before him and Madhu elope...ahaha kidding!
I was thinking a note from his dad. His dad's final note before he took his life. Maybe telling RK to make it big and to make him proud. Then RK felt upset and hid the letter from Madhu.
But then I figured it's a letter from his mom five years ago, wishing him congratulations for the first time on his first shooting.
He remembered his mom, he didn't want Madhu to know that, and so he hid the letter.
So when he saw Madhu and Radha today, he wasn't completely angry, until he saw Dipali.
He'll let Radha take part in the celebration for his five years I believe.
Well, that's it. I'll try to update things today.

EDIT: P.S. There was a second where I also thought it was a letter from RK to himself, reminding him of the four slaps and hence encouraging him to continue with his love act. But then I figured the CVs wouldn't make one of the leads to turn out evil lol. And it's obvious RK's madly in love and it's not an act. So that thought only lasted less than a second. So no worries!
