Kinjal's wish - Is she just Adamant

I did not want to make a poll because I do want to know what you all think and why. Kinjal today taunted Urmi asking her to accept that she is not poor both in her mind as well as in wealth.

So is her wish actually to prove Urmi wrong once and for all? Urmi keeps taunting and demeaning her about how her family never wanted her and sent her out. Is Kinjal just trying to prove Urmi wrong in this by asking such an unreasonable thing?

Or did she really do this for just the money? Greed is there, I can see. Kinjal's mind connected to Urmi's theory about weight and money pretty quickly but that seemed to be the first time Kinjal actually though about just how much she will get.

So is this just the unreasonable child in her? Was Gopi correct. Kinjal is just an adamant kid who fails to see that she is wrong?

Harini I think that its her ego talking as well as immaturity. She is first of all still angry on her mother that she got her married to Dhawal. Next, she dislikes Urmi for her cheapness and how she keeps taunting her about her maayka...

Now I feel that it is Kinjal's ego as well as to show Urmi what she is for her brothers n they can fulfil anything she wants..

I felt the same. She to me seemed less worried about the actual money than the fact that her brothers would fulfill even such an unreasonable wish.. To be it looked more like someone who wanted to prove that she gets what she wants, a silly need to show Urmi her place in her Maayka😊

It was very incorrect but maybe it is because of the way Urmi rubs Kinjal.

For me too.. Kinjal doing all this coz she wanna to satisfied her so called ego 🤢 or yup she doing also coz she proved to urmi thats still has family n bro loves her alot... 😕

but if she really wanna prove to urmi so the way she going was disgusting.. How came she measured has families love with money... 🤢 this is worst thing for me 😡 money cant take the place of ur love ones love... But for kinjal it can 🤢

Agree Sherry and that is what GoKi are trying to show Kinjal. Urmi was right in one thing. Gopi's request had nothing to do with wanting a gift from her brother.😊

It remains to be seen if Kinjal wants to learn from this or make this another disappointment to herself. She is not realizing that going to Urmi's level only makes it worse

Evn i think she asked dis particular wish to show urmi dat she s still modi nd get watever she ask frm her home... i thnk if urmi hadnt challenged her she might nt hv asked sumthn lik dis... she ws truely xcited abt the celebrtn it ws urmi's words dat flared her up... nd it ws very clear also coz whn she askd abt her rights she had n modi bhavan nd whn she lukd at urmi lik she s proving the point...

Thanks Leki. I agree. Just wanted to see if my inference was correct or not.

Though one thing.. A girl never completely isolates herself from her mother's home but she also should not mix her mothers and her in laws. The minute the comparison starts, one is in for disappointments. It is true for Kinjal and Rashi as it is true for all of us😊

It is everything mentioned by all the above and more.

Kinjal before marriage lived a life of luxury and received lots of attention being the only daughter in the Modi house.

After marriage she has lost her mother's love and her attachment with the Modi household. Hetal constantly reminds her that the Modi house is still her home, despite her insecurities. She detests Urmila but can fight her own ground. At the same time, she is struggling with coping with all the put downs by Urmila. As a result it feels like she is living on a day to day basis surviving the antics from Urmila.

What Kinjal is actually doing when she stated her wish to Ahem, was indirectly expressing her want to seek attention. She wants to believe that her Modi family still loves her, that they care for her, and that they will fulfil her request. What she fails to realise is that she is getting all of these. It also shows that she still cannot understand her mother for what she really is.

What we could get out of this track is a change in realisation from Kinjal, making her a bit secure about herself.

It looks like Kinjal is the version of Rashi except that her tables are turned. For Rashi, she has the best of both worlds.. her mother who dotes on her and her in laws who again love her. Kinjal has a loving husband but her anger at the way she was married and Urmi are making her blind from seeing the good things in life

I am not sure how well Kinjal will learn from this. She may or she may not. But it is certainly not due to the Modi's lack of trying😊
