I think that is correct. It's the only way I can see Sia forcing the issue. But just to keep it legal, she should do what she can to get a legal divorce against Viraj effective, on account of spousal battery (do that secretly on the side, w/o being traced by Unniyal or any of Viraj's minions) so that any subsequent marriage by her will be legal.
But what I do want here is her revealing everything to Raghav (obviously, the letter didn't work, but since he now knows that she's married to Viraj, she needs to tell him all about the DV and how she was on the run from him, and everything else). Essentially, include him in her plans to checkmate Viraj, and clear all the obstacles under which the legality of such a marriage can be questioned, so that the marriage itself is not a circus.
And yeah, then if she announces the marriage, Viraj will be check-mated. Since he proposed it, he'd have to do it, and if he said anything about Jhanvi, it would be proved that he was faking his memory loss, and also, he'd throw himself open to the allegations of spousal abuse.
Her only thing - making sure her family is covered, and not subjected to Viraj's reprisals. She needs to discuss that one as well
