Is the name 'Trishna' deliberate?

The literal meaning of the name 'Trishna' is desire and more precisely 'thirst'. Has the name been kept deliberately in concurrence with the character that we are going to see? Of course , the show is Madhu's story and her saga with RK. But am just as intrigued about Trishkoo. What will she be like apart from being pretty ? Her name could very well reflect her life if the writers gave her this name deliberately. 😊

Exactly, the girl craved for love since her birth and somewhere, I feel that she might fall in love with RK too ...but her desires would be not be fulfilled...As far as beauty is concerned, she is ok types ( she has not inherited beauty from Padmini unlike Madhubala ) ... we might see sister rivalry later on too with Madhu getting all the name and fame which Trishna wanted to have ...

According to the Aarti Puri article it's said she is sister of Madhubala and her character is as important as Drashti's. So maybe we will see different avatar of her as she grow up. Hope she is as positive as Drashti.

Agreed. Thirst desire - to be loved and accepted by her father , her grannie , to belong to someone. For now, Paddy is her everything but there will be MB also.Some model called Aarti is playing Trish and she looks good and aggressive in her pictures. Lets see. MB may love Trish but i feel Trish will have too many complexes inside her.
