guys i am not bashing but just i want to ask a question that hookha is banned right so there is hookha in one of the drashti's party pic right... so it allowed there...

hookah is banned in few cities n they need special permission for keep those!! goa is legal with hookah!!
in bangalore they are banned in most of the places but still they serve hookah in few places!! those places are free of raid becoz they have local police support

DUFFERS... IN EACH PART OF THE WORLD NOW A DAYS HOOKAH BARS AND JOINTS ARE OPENED, SPECIALLY NEAR COLLEGES. BEFORE MAKING STUPID COMMENTS LIKE THAT, RESEARCH IT AND TRY IT YOURSELF.

READ it carefully and go and try it yourself. These are not alchohols or tobacco based. They come in different flavors.

Water jar

The body of the hookah sits on top of the water jar, or sometimes referred to as vase, or base. The downstem hangs down below the level of the water in the jar. Smoke passes through the body and out the downstem where it bubbles through the water. This cools and humidifies the smoke. Liquids such as fruit juice may be added to the water or used in substitution. Pieces of fruit, mint leaves, and crushed ice may be added.

If you have questions please post them at the Help Desk. As for this situation, it is part of her personal life and discussing actors personal life is not something this forum does because past experiences have shown that it leads to fights/bashing.
