Just use the copy/paste option & ur image will get posted..

heyy nena jaan(hope i gt yr name), u can copy the pictures from facebook or google/yahoo image search engines.. just right click and copy(don save the picture but copy).. then come here and paste it.. if u wanna upload video, then have the youtube code word before and after the link.. eg: [YOUTUBE]the link then with no space in between, [/YOUTUBE].. if u cant copy pictures and paste use image shack.. upload yr pictures then copy the embedded forum link here then delete the image shack properties.. so it will look like
