don't think so!!! dev could just think he's hallucinating about seeing geet... or he would just be extra careful not to come in front of her or plot with his evil wife and leave the city, while also leaving maan. geet and all of us in peace for some days!!! 😉
i 'm sure after hearing the phone conversation when maan mentions geet's name, dev would simply console and tell himself that in no way maan would ever employ people like geet.
this geet that maan is talking about would be very different (modern, sophisticated and educated) from the geet he betrayed. i guess he'll just jump to the following conclusions
- the idea that maan and geet would ever come face to face is not possible.
- had maan known the truth about geet, he would never forgive dev and call him back to india.
- maan certainly does not know what 's happening in dev's life because he wanted to know how dev cleared off his debts.
-and geet could just be any other girl's name.
-he's spoken to geet on phone while geet was in maan's office and has had no suspicions about the voice or anything so he would simply tell himself that the hoshiarpur geet cannot be maan's secretary. it has to be someone else.
-dev also happened to see geet all dressed up for the party, though he did not see her face. so that would also make him conclude that it has to be someone else because the geet he betrayed is always dressed simple and traditional.
so he could just relax for some days ... while we get to see lovely eye locks, nok-jhoks between maan and geet!!! the devil can relax for now or run away from delhi.. which i think would be perfect for him!!!!
