ARTICLE: Dev the Trek-Lover

I know there are not many Dev fans here, but this is about Abhinav. So go ahead and read!!! Hope its not posted before😳 Dev, the trek-lover

Abhinav Shukla aka Dev Khurana from STAR One's current Geet - Hui Sabse Parayi is quite an adventurous man in real life. Abhinav, whose love for bikes is a known fact by now, is also equally in love with outdoor adventures. The Punjabi munda from Ludhiana had recently been camping with a group of friends near Pawna Lake, a popular tourist spot near Lonavala.

We spoke to Abhinav about his love for trekking, and he said, "Whenever I am free from work, I just pack my bag and go to the nearest destination, either with my friends or with my brother because he also loves trekking. Recently we went to Pavna Lake and it was complete fun."

Abhinav shares his love for camping with her brother. Together headed off to the Western Ghats last month for trekking. Enthusiasm was high and Abhinav was ready to trek into the jungle with his brother, to a spot called 701 peak. They went rock climbing and set up camp for the night, only to return in the morning.

Abhinav had gone last week with his brother to Lonavala for trekking and enjoyed himself thoroughly according to sources close to him.

On screen, Abhinav plays an NRI Punjabi who marries a simple Indian girl and leaves her stranded at the airport.

In the ongoing track, Geet is being humiliated by Maan for her choice of cuisine for the former's guest. Also Maan is ashamed of seeing Geet draped in a sari for the party. Adding to her woes, Sasha with the help of Tasha, try to tear her sari infront of all and sundry thereby embarrassing her even more. Her sari comes off and a concerned Maan covers her with his coat. This embarrassing situation and Rahul's lewd comments force Geet to exit the party hall. Maan consoles Geet which surprises Dev as he wonders why Maan is being over-concerned for his secretary. Maan offers to drop Geet home but she refuses him. Maan is touched when Geet says she cannot expect him to be there always in her bad times.

I knew about Drashti .. I was confused about Gurmeet.. even though Gurmeet is a punjabi name.. but I dint knew if Chaudhary's are Punjabi's as well.. And now Abhinav Shukla is also a Punjabi..

Layyyyy .. Till now I had the impression that she's a Punjabi... her accent is punjabi as well ... Maybe its the Muskaan hangover .. 😆

Who cares if she's Punjabi or Gujarati.......... I just love her. 😃

I just thought that its a nice coincidence that all the lead actors were Punjabi.
