This might sound like a really stupid question, but what is Mrigatrishna?

In the US, last night we saw Abhi reading Neha's diary. In her monolog she says "If I have to sum up my relationship or life in one word, it would be Mirage". I just wanted to make sure if this is correct.

Is Mirage a symbol for the following....

Neha's perception of her marriage consisted of a loving and healthy relationship with her husband, but the truth was that it never was that way at all. What she saw was never really there.

Does Neha's statement about her life being a Mirage correlate to what Abih said in the recent update, about Mrigatrishna in any way?
