ID - hurt or a new strategy ??

In SRGMP nowadays, I can see mentors participating much more than the participants. HR and AS speak too much and nobody would like them for sure. Hemu and vineet have to perform really good to win hearts.

ID sir does not speak now...He seems hurt and down....You feel really bad to see that. You feel pity for him and hence for Debo......No offence meant to anyone but is he really down for all that happened ? Can it be a new strategy from him to gain votes for Debo ??

((SRGMP has very much become a prestige issue for these judges and they will do anything clever/stupid to win))

in my opinion, it is nothing more than a new strategy to attract sypathy or inother words votes. he does act very well and i'm sure this trick wil also work. if he was all that pure at heart, he wouldn't avenge AS through hema.

ID has stopped reacting to studit acts by AS and HS. He should have done that long time back. Also he has stopped praising other gharana contestants unnecessarily. He did not praise Nihira and Debojit before walkout to the extent needed for the push. He praised Himani and Vinit instead.
AS and HR never came out for Nihira and Debo; they gave good marks to Nihira; thats all.
ID has adopted right strategy now at least.

in a way, i prefer ID to remain this way because neither does he have to overpraise other contestants (like Vinit since Himani is out and ID doesn't praise Hemu that much), nor does he need to engross in pathetic dramabazi like himesh to gain sympathy votes.

if remaining quiet and reserved is interpreted as a stategy to gain votes, then so be it. he was the nice guy for too long which the other mentors took advantage of.

my favorite is debu and i would like to see a clash of hemu/ debu in the finals.

Well, a difference in opinions. Actually, All of them are really good singers satisfying so many people with different tastes. I wonder if Indian Idol producers are aware of Saregamapa talents, they will be ashamed of their show, anyone from sarega can easily become the idol.

I think it is about time ID started to play the mindgames like HR & AS 👏 👏 . But still.. I think I prefer the old ID a wee bit more.
