According to me Tanhaiyee from DCH...

The way he did not copy Sonu and added his own touch to it towrds the end,...the base voice and classical touch to the last word (tanhaiyee)..listen to it again...

Hai rama was also good but since his voice has a shade of hariharan in it, I will go for Tanhaiyee Please include that in the poll too...
