Hema's easy songs?

Ok...calling all music experts (I am just a music LOVER)!

I have been reading so many posts about how Hema sings easy songs, I just wanted to add my take/analysis of some of his recent songs. I would love for some knowledgeable people to comment.

Sometimes, I think he gives people the illusion of songs being easier than they actually are due to his talent and ability (we all have our opinions right?) 😊

Hai Rama: I thought that this was a hard song due to need to change between high and low notes rapidly.

Tumse Milke: Seemed like this song required a lot of breath control, due to the pace of the song. None of the others' songs, I thought tested this ability. In spots Hema actually seemed out of breath.

Bumbro: Quick paced song, again requiring a lot of breath control. Original song had 3 singers.

Woh Lamhe: Some easy parts, some quick pitch changes were required. Alaap required some skill.

Some of his easier songs (IMO) may have been: Saathiya and Chori chori.

Would love to hear your opinions.

Hema has attempted songs like "Hai Rama", "Bumbroo" which can be sung only by Riyazi gala.. sO I agree with you that he has NOT been singing easy songs..

Hema is the best. Support him...

i wasn't aware that people said that about him...i agree that the songs u have mentioned seem quite difficult as well as "tanhaiyee"...but im no music expert either

umm...all i can say...the songs hemu has sung have actually been the harder ones...he sung certain songs that can only be sung by ppl who have practised music a lot...besides the ones that are mentioned...saathiya is actually one very hard song...the tune doesn't have a sense of unity and it's hard to keep up with songs like that...because the verses all have a different tune...

i like hema no matter wut he sings

Alrighty....But that would not qualify as CONSTRUCTIVE.

agreed, he makes songs seem easier than they r. i think tum se milke dil ka-main hoon na is one of the songs which was writen off as too easy of a song, but b4 i heard him sing it, i was under the impression that it was a quite a tough song, due to the consttant shifting of scales and the fast pace. it was also originally sung by 3 singers, it not wrong. could an expert give their feedback on this. i alao thnk saaathiya is a hard song escpecially when it comes to performing it live.

pal, the truth is you expect so much of hema(considering the fact that he is a brilliant singer) that even when he sings tough songs, it just isn't tough enough 😉
