After watching the two episodes of JDJ3 , I was in such a confounded state of mind and I thought ….was it me or was the judging biased with the few exceptions…..then I came to this forum just to have an idea what's going on in other's mind…….My my my!!!I must say I was too bewildered at first and couldn't believe the tracks of majority of the posts over here………..ROFL!!🤣......I should have known better that this forum will be buzzing w/t only hard core fans of some celebrities…actually a specific one mostly!....LOL!!...😉😆😆
Anyway.....though I couldn't go through all the posts over here, but I definitely got the clear message here……The judging ways were indeed judgmental on the part of the judges!....if I may say so…but it was in all fairness…a true paradoxical statement….I know !😉....but here's why…
Well to begin with the 12 participants in this Reality Show have been randomly selected from various backgrounds except for some few ......(brought in thoughtfully to further a purpose in the most profitable commercial way as usual!……like those have already established their fame in the TV industry namely KSG, Parul and Ram Kapoor) …..I'm purposely omitting to name some others who are also notorious in their fields solely for the reason that they do not actually hold the same amount of interest as their counterparts on this show……..Sony's business heads unquestinably know what they want!!…..
The judges are definitely not born yesterday…..and we are no fools as to fail to notice the huge marginal differences in their assessment of the overall performances of the participants…….the comments coming from the judges were somehow so unmatched for some especially in comparison to good performances versus poor ones…..
Let's retrospect on the really 'low performance levels'….. the magician fellow (Ugesh something)…he hardly did any dance steps and it was pretty obvious it was mostly focused on his magical abilities, then there was this Anand fellow….not too many dance steps either, the cricket star(don't know his name)….good attempt on his part though ,the football player again minimal dance steps and was as stiff as a rod..…well overall I guess that was just an intro with respect to their background...
Shilpa Shukla, Bhagyashree average performers…..Monica was really good enough and was appropriately judged for her performance and Gauhar not too bad either….
Hard Kaur….well what to say about her!……I think her whole performance spoke for itself……absolutely mindblowing!!👏👏👏…….and the judges could not fail to appreciate that…..she was indeed burning the dance floor w/t her choreographer!......very well and most deservingly awarded marks & befitting remarks from the judges...👏
Now let's come to our own real celebrities…our 'idols'……well I'm not going to hide the fact that I'm a die hard fan of Parul and would definitely love to see her as the final winner……..she is undoubtedly a natural and graceful dancer though the choreography was sadly lacking (just as the judges commented so rightly but they could have at least praised her for her talent…..their absolute lack of recognition to this fact was a bit annoying to say the least!😡.....Poor Parul!😔)….she was indisputably among the best performers of the JDJ premiere after Hard Kaur and Monica Bedi…..no two ways about that!!!...
Ram Kapoor could hardly move his heavy weight around but can to some extent vibe well to music…..the judges were very sharp on that spot…..they had to get him working on that and hence the hoop!...LOL!!!...😆😆😆
Karan ( I've heard this name so much and seen the thousands female fans swooning over him that it's hard not to know who he is……sorry though I'm no fan of him..)…but he did perform much better than the rest of the guys for sure…...he does have a rhythm in his body movement….. he'll somehow progress to a great dancer w/t practice……he's definitely not likely going to be eliminated so soon or if ever at all going by endless lines of the hard dying fans on his trail…..😉
Now the coming to the final judging ways……it is pretty much obvious that the judges along w/t the channels administrators thad concurred together to get the show kicking in the right direction……… as we all know that the participants would only be able to proceed ahead to the next level based on the judges marks combined w/t the no. of votes they receive from the audience……well we all can do our maths here….had the judges not been generous and encouraging in their scores and remarks to our 'non idolised' contestants, they will certainly be all out no matter how excellent their performance will be…....except for people like Hard Kaur, she has this charismatic personality of attracting even the most reluctant audience…..her charm, her electrifying screen presence and her overall positive and dynamic attitude can only boost her image in the eyes of even the most passive viewers….but she's is the only exception and some of them who will be able to fend their way up in all fairness will definitely be fighting a lost battle if it's not been for the 'fair' judgment of the highly sensible judges…….
Hats off to them!!!👏👏 …..we need to acknowledge the fact that the responsibilities that they have been bestowed with by Sony Channel ( who we all know only thrives on TRPs!!) have indeed a tremendously challenging job at their stake cognizant to their reputation…….i.e. resorting to the use of strategic assessments!!!
So ,though I can't help being such a big fan of Parul (Thank God for that she can dance!!....and thanks to her I'm posting a topic on a forum other than Bidaai!..), I will now in all fairness support anybody else who deserves my encouragement without any bias from my part!...Hard Kaur to begin with….she is so funny and I love her whacky and carefree attitude!!😆...
But for now let's keep the ball rolling with the spirit of a healthy competition!😛....
Go Parul go!!!👏......
P.S…….. Wow!!..I was not gonna post anything on the JDJ forum and I ended up writing a thesis! …….ROFL!!!!🤣
