Actually the real story is he was visiting someone close to him in a hospital. These paps were present outside the hospital screaming & shouting. Salman got very angry and told them off that do they have brains and paps switched off their camera and apologies

Honestly paps are crazy wandering outside a hospital. They seriously have no brains at all,they are disturbing patients who are sick or fighting for life & death situation or even someone is crying because their loved one dies or new born babies.
