Vik was quick to get married to Malla after fake ONS to save her izzat.

But Mannat's izzat, feelings nothing matter to him.

It seems one of the vamps or all three have hijacked in between and created a situation where mannat will think vikrant has rejected the child. Malla must have overheard shruti mannat and she immediately informed ars to do something and then we see all three losers celebrating. Shruti sees that, she understood the foul play but before she tells vikrant, her accident happens.

So most probably vikrant wont even know about pregnancy and mannat will highly MU vikrant and go away.
