Hello! I've been silent reader on the forum for quite long but thought of making a post here due to the chaos in the show.

I think makers never wanted to show a proper marriage between the leads. The narrative has always been soulmates, kinda like romeo juliet, mukta has mentioned in few dms. Adnan has been highlighting in the ivs, once marriage happens, the story is done for. Mukta had alot of instances where she could have shown the marriage in typical itv cliche way eg during vimal time she could've shown bride swap or mannat stopping the wedding, but she let that happen.

My understanding is, she wanted to draw parallels between ars and mannat, a young woman having a child out of wedlock. They are coming back to the show's main theme, mother daughter. Now they will show how mannat is different than ars as she will keep the child, raise her all by herself and won't use other man as a ladder.

Regarding manvik, the reason why they gave a proper lovestory for them before marriage because she wanted them to have a child out of social wedlock, but here all the parallels will stop. Mannat and vikrant truly love eachother and unlike ars and her troubled relationships, these two will find their way towards eachother. Vikrant will prove ars wrong by mending his ways with his family and especially mannat the minute he will see how much damage he has done and what has he lost.

I am sorry to break the positivity but if it's true that one more murder has taken place that of dadi then seriously the guilty getting away scot-free again and again is far too much plus she was a great actress and they bumped her off! And they give maximum screen space to useless actors like sharain and vishakha. Unfathomable!!

He is serving karma to everyone who did wrong to him, in more or less manner not knowing he is gonna suffer the most unlike others. I dont know how much attention mukta will give to his character post leap but mostly the further story will depend on him. For the next 5 years he will be isolated, exploited and further his kid will serve karma by refusing to accept him as her father. I feel dua won't acknowledge him as her father and might ask for proofs on what basis she should accept him as her mom's partner as she must not have seen him around since her birth. Sadly, vikrant does not have any solid proofs to claim either mannat or dua meanwhile mannat will have people around to back her up that he indeed left her at the altar. I even doubt that he can even sue her legally for child's custody as their relationship doesn't even have any legality. Post leap, mostly he will be on mannat's mercy. If he wants to win his child and his wife back, he himself will need to mend things with all the people whom he hurt, especially neetu, gagan, dhairya, shruti, ronnie. Dhairya, shruti, ronnie will be his beiggest hindrances as dhairya might not let him re enter into their lives due to protectiveness, shruti will be like a wall for mannat and ronnie will be the biggest decision maker. It's gonna be a tough journey for vikrant post leap, no more princess treatment.

Thank you for bringing the silver lining to our and poor Mannat and Vikrant’s dark tunnel ❤️ As most of us are heavily invested fans it’s been a torturous fortnight to see Vikrant spiral downwards like this, but hopefully your projection is true and we can return soon to watch Mannat flourish with her Dua and Vikrant ungdergo his much needed redemption, so they can cross paths again.

Their soul connection is too strong for ARS to destroy ❤️
