Justice delayed is tragic, but justice denied, in a case like Nithari, is monstrous.smiley19

When a person like Surinder Koli and Moninder Singh Pandher convicted for the brutal murders of innocent children, is released! It shakes the very foundation of trust the public has in the judicial system.

When the painful cries of innocent children fade into silence, when their names are forgotten and their families are left to mourn in the shadows, one expects justice to speak for them.

Where is justice for the children who were raped and murdered in Nithari ? What happens to their families who live with unanswered cries?

It’s the cry of every citizen who believes justice should mean something, especially for the innocent and the voiceless.smiley19

The Nithari case is one of the darkest stain on Indian society. Dozens of children missing, brutal crimes, and a trail of horror that shook the nation. When such crimes are met with acquittals or reversals despite apparent confessions, it shatters people’s faith in the justice system.

Law must serve justice, not merely perform it!! When society witness such failures, it’s a signal that legal reforms, stricter investigative procedures, and child protection systems need urgent overhaul.

Trigger Warning: Sexual assault · Abuse · Child abuse, paedophilia and incest ·This post contains sensitive matter that may be triggering to some readers, including descriptions of violence and sexual assault. Please read with caution, and understand the case with sympathy.

The 2006 Noida serial murders (also Nithari serial murders or Nithari case) occurred in the house of businessman Moninder Singh Pandher in Sector-31, Noida near Nithari village, Uttar Pradesh, India, between 2005 and 2006. Moninder Singh was convicted in two out of the five cases against him, and his servant Surinder Koli, who supposedly aided him, was convicted in 10 out of the 16 cases against him.[1] Both were originally sentenced to death, but in 2023, Allahabad High Court acquitted them citing lack of evidence. In November 2025, the Supreme Court upheld Koli's acquittal and ordered his release. In December 2006, two Nithari village residents reported they knew the location of the remains of children who had gone missing in the previous two years.

Anxious parents of children missing in the last two years rushed to Nithari with photographs. Koli, under the alias Satish, later confessed to killing six children and a 20-year-old woman referred to as "Payal" after sexually assaulting them.

💯. unfortunate and painful.

We cannot even imagine the pain, betrayal, and angst the family must have been going through with this judicial lack.

Oh no! If he was sentenced to death, why did it take 10+ years to execute the sentence?

In cases like this, the justice is solely depended on the manipulative mind of the lawyer. If the defendant has money or powerful backing, then forget about justice.

Unfortunate but sad truth.
