It’s not me or anyone else here being biased. It’s the entire general audience having a completely different impression of Ranveer as a person as opposed to Ranbir as a person.
When Ranveer does something cringe and even crass peoples automatic reaction is he’s doing it for attention. People believe he’s doing for attention or money and that’s not who he really is. He’s known as someone who absolutely adores his wife, loves his parents, and is dedicated to his work.
When Ranbir does or says something stupid or inappropriate people react harshly because everyone thinks that’s who he is. His image is that of a cheater, a playboy, a mama’s boy from a dysfunctional family who probably has addiction issues.
They have completely different images and some of Ranbir’s recent behavior with Alia hasn’t helped his case either. People will react when they don’t like how you are with your wife. That’s something that will probably never be an issue for Ranveer. Bottom line, it’s not IF being biased, it the two of them taking completely different routes with their PRs and images.
Firstly, the general cinema-going audience doesn't care about such intricate details of an actor s life. They care about good movies. That s why Ranbir is liked and respected among the general audience
Secondly, that is exactly what I am talking about. Biasedness. Double standards
See, I am aware that Ranbir has given many extremely problematic statements and he should be called out for it. But there are other times when he gets bashed just for walking. Just for breathing. Just for existing
People on the internet most of the time do not care about what is being said. What the content is? Whether it is inappropriate, unethical, or disrespectful. But they do care about who is behind those actions.
They see the name Ranbir - Ok let us open the thread and write about what a rotten person he is. Sometimes he deserves it. Other times he does not
They see the name Ranveer- Ok let us make excuses for him
It would actually be better if internet folks leave the pretense that anyone in that industry is a saint. No there are no saints in Bollywood.

WOW amazing😳
So all the crass comments he made about Anushka...trying to pinch her ass...about Kareena .....about being naked in front of Parineeti....about asking a journalist if she wants a love bite....about saying that he never found a female yet whose IQ is better than his...and so many others.....will be just brushed off as him seeking attention.....and not as disrespectful, insulting and misogynist comments....just because he comes across as a good husband??? what about being a good human being who respects women?? .......
Amazing line of defense.....will just remember to not take you bashing Ranbir seriously any more....😳
The line of defense is super pathetic....and I am shocked that it is coming from you.
@Red: What I am trying to say is people even outside of IF (based on my observations) react differently to Ranveer’s crap than Ranbir’s crap because Ranveer has built a better image for himself, and yes his treatment of his wife does play a huge part in maintaining that image. Ranbir, by his own history and actions, hasn’t been able to build that image for himself. Did I not end my first post by saying it’s all about how each one went about their images and PR? 🙄. And all of this was in response to Mr. Wheeler saying the issue was me and others being biased on IF.
@Green: OK 🤷🏽♀️
@Black: It’s a good thing IF doesn’t allow us to search members past posts anymore because you’ve had some doozies in defense of SRK. Some from just a few months ago. Your favorite line of defense against Ranbir’s life long antics is always that it happened long time ago. But go ahead and judge others 😉😆

How can mass audience relate to Ranveer witth such clown acts?
Ranveer lives in his own world and he is another Vivek Oberoi in making.
Eh even vivek is/was far classier than him!

Everytime I see Ranveer Singh I only have one question. How can daughter of someone as classy as Prakash Padukone marry someone cheap as Ranveer Singh. I mean to descend from such elegance and choose to freely and willingly marry such crassness. Will never be able to comprehend.
I know right?
i mean i immensely despise deepika and totally feel that she totally deserves a husband like ranveer in her life but however I do feel sorry for a classy gentleman like prakash padukone because a dignified man like him definitely deserved a much much better son-in-law than this creepy sick chichora but meh whatever

Ranveer seems extra desperate these days for attention. Probably has to do with his insecurities from his recent movies tanking hard. It all reeks of some sort of midlife crisis. Granted, he's always been like this and hasn't reached midlife just yet, but hanging around KJo all the time and kissing his ass just because he's doing a movie with the man is leading to all sorts of cringey crassy Ranveer behavior that seems a level up from his usual antics... KJo legitimately thrives on this sort of stuff. That movie btw is probably going to tank, it's not like KJo has made a good movie in 20 years.
I really think Ranveer needs to seriously re-evaluate how he presents himself off screen, because doing the same "high on life" shit for 10 years has gotten very old. Show some growth and dignity and classiness for once.

I feel Ananya Pandey can act if she finds a good director who can guide her. What do you feel?
This is one actor who seems to be ruining her legacy. Her recent acting ventures have drawn significant criticism towards her acting which is a...
