Are the tasks too brutal?

Kkk has always pushed contestants to their physical limit but this time i feel the tasks are just too brutal... That there is no way to do the task without getting injured.. There used to be one or two tasks like this every season.. But this time i feel most of the tasks have way too high risk of injury..
