I’m guessing this:

1. promo indicates separation due to some force, not willingly 

2. Raghav doesn’t know why she has left, hence they showed him going crazy and being drugged (so they can imply that he doesn’t know and the truth is being kept from him)

Doesn’t look like they’ll actually drug him, I’m thinking it was just an indication 

Promos don’t ever happen in the show anyway 

He is unstable and on medication. I don't think pallavi will leave him on this situation and it's don't make sense if she does that because that's out of her Character. 

Promo is misleading it's not entire track.

If raghvi separated, or raghav mentally unstable, I think TRP will be affected. But no idea what is the promo trying to show.

they won’t risk it with the TRP situation 

The separation yes but that was bound to happen it always does in ITV, but I don’t know if she’s completely staying away 

She does come back and run to raghav’s room so there’s every chance that she’s just staying away from him

The whole mentally unstable thing is probably just to show his pain, I don’t think it will come in the actual episode 

He might be injured but they won’t make him weak
