These lists are super irrelevant and just some promotional tactic by the news channels. It's not even based on popularity of the celbs because some of the superstars don't even make it to top 10. Neither it's a testament of who is the best looking because most men in the list aren't even conventionally handsome or good looking. It's just about who has the most buzz around them.At least men's list has some known names, the female list is such a joke with some random models and influencers making it to top 50.

 Sush first appeared in the list in 2012 and has been in the list since then except for 2019 when he completely disappeared from limelight and now after his death they put him on top when we know that they couldn't have cared less if he was alive. 

These tributes and praises mean nothing because he didn't get even quater of it when he actually deserved and now he isn't here anymore and all this "love" is not reaching him. More than anything it's kinda annoying because if how obviously disingenuous it is.
