A thought just occurred to me.

If Maya was introduced to Rudra as his father's ex girlfriend/mistress from 10 years ago at the beginning. basically the same past story but Rudra still fell for her while being aware everything. It would be such an interesting dynamic because of the angst and discomfort it may cause them, but feelings are still feelings.

It would be an interesting yet completely different show.

Absolutely. That would have been amazing but I guess more of a romantic drama than romantic thriller. As such there is still scope for some discomfort and uneasiness, once Rudra finds out the truth.

I am very sure both will die this season. Whether their deaths will be literal or real, that will be Cv's choice. But the way they took their wedding vows and the words they uttered, you know death is imminent for both of them. And they both at the end will readily accept death because they know that it will be the only way they can be together forever. Waise bhi, sab kuch is duniya mein Maya hi hai. The only reality is death.

Yeah it would be a complete different show then. But it would be a great finite series. I hope Rudra won't focus on the strangeness of this entire situation because there are more messed up things to worry about. Cv's so far haven't focused on it all. We still might get it her, Rudra's beyhadh love for Maya despite everything.

But I can't seem to see how Rudra will ever accept Maya after the Rishi reveal. It will go against the grain of his character. I dont even know if they will get to fully realize their love before all hell breaks loose coz it seems MJ is going to use Rudra to break/weaken the MayRa bond.
