Star plus extends Fictions

Star Plus will be extending most of its weekday fictions to Saturday from 29th February.

With ‘Dance+ 5’, ‘MasterChef India’ and ‘Divya Drishti’ set to bid adieu to viewers this week, its been confirmed that some of the channel’s fictions will fill the vacant Saturday slot. With the exception of ‘Sanjivani’, Star Plus fictions including ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, Yeh Hai Chahatein’, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’, ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’, ‘Dil Jaise Dhadke Dhadakne Do’, ‘Dadi Amma Maan Jao’ and ‘Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka’ will switch to a six-day format.

It is expected the channel will re-run popular shows and air movies in the vacant Sunday night slot.
