first upload the image onto imgur.com and copy the image link...then on IF dashboard go to settings and update profile you will see a box for signature

paste the link there and on both sides next to it write IMG in square brackets [ ] and [/]

like this [image]link[/image] but instead of image you write img

what about avatars? i am not talking about changing display picture but updating avatar only.
