Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior had a huge second Sunday collecting around 21 crore nett which is a 35% jump from Saturday. It takes the second weekend to a huge 46 crore nett with strong growth on Saturday and Sunday. The collections in Maharashtra and Gujarat were extraordinary on Sunday.

Maharashtra is seeing collections that have never been see outside Bahubali - The Conclusion. A city like Nasik is already at 2.50 crore. Its the same story in Sholapur, Kohlapur, Aurangabad, Latur etc as all records for outright Hindi films. A metro like Pune will reach 20 crore nett in a couple of days and that is from just 40 odd cinemas.

Basically the collections in just Pune alone will be more than the all India collections of the competition Chhapaak over the second weekend. Not only that it could be the lifetime figures in Pune could more than the Chhapak all India lifetime numbers.

This takes the film to 200 crore nett and it is certain to be the 19th Hindi film to cross 200 crore nett and the second for Ajay Devgn. It is also certain to be the highest grosser of Ajay Devgn though footfalls look like remaining below Golmaal Again.

Reddit reviews threads are always bland. Only hit movies gets response. There are 100+ reviews there as it reflects the success of movie .

Well...I watched the movie and I searched high and low to come up with something nice to say but unfortunately the movie is nothing special....Except the last half hour, the entire build up to that last half hour was an absolute borefest with lukewarm screenplay and mediocre performances....

Ajay and Saif excelled in the last half hour...Kajol was a let down with her atrocious anglicized dialog delivery...The less we talk about the CGI the better!

Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior Box Office: Ajay Devgn’s period drama has scored yet another feat. The film has gone past the lifetime number of his second biggest grosser till date, Total Dhamaal, in just 10 days. The multi-starrer comedy had gathered 154.30 crores in its entire lifetime when released early last year. Now the period war drama Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior has already accumulated 167.45 crores and is still counting. That’s a remarkable feat indeed as the Om Raut directed film is still running strong and has potential to cross many more milestones in time to come.

On Sunday, the film evidenced excellent growth as it jumped to 22.12 crores. This is now higher than the first day number which was anyways high at 15.10 crores. The trending is quite impressive for Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior and now it would be interesting to see how do the weekdays turn out to be. These would be real regular days for the film which has been enjoying an uninterrupted run for 10 days now and if the film manages to hold on collections of around 70% when compared to second Friday [10.06 crores], it would be indeed be brilliant.
