I reckon the twist will be the Simrans dad is also Neha's father...

The other twist going through my mind is that brian and simran get together as a couple, but that one still doesn't sink in with me....whereas the theory where sourav is neha's dad seems more feasible...

don't think so.I guess Simran and Abhi will eventually marry and then Radha will poison her grandaughter's mind against Simran so that she grows up hating her and holding her responsible for her mother's death..

Most likely, Abhi and Simran will share the love they had and then they will talk about marriage and they might end up getting drunk one night and get married and find out the next day that they are now married and Abhi doesn't mind, he tells Neha what happens and Neha is in a shock...her mind will go crazy and Abhi will divorce her and leave her to be with Simran again...and he might take Neha's baby away from her too claiming it to be his and Simran's now.
