Who owns the land on which PCT is situated?

I saw a scene where Sumo was given papers of some investors in PCT,. to get capital into PCT...while that is possible becos that may be different from the land deal. If it was the land deal...when did this great deed happen?

Just wanted to add a point here though I know I am digressing. Shravan knows very well if something happens to PCT Sumo is not going anywhere despite what she says. She recovered from the accident because someone badmouthed PCT. I believe that PCT will be Shravan's first move. The dreams of the person we love are sometimes more important than our very own dreams 😳
