Missing links of the story

I have been a silent reader of this forum. Have lately started watching this show...

Can some one please help me understand the missing links of the storyline.

1. Sumya tries to commit suicide after listening the fact that she is kinner/transgender (which indicates that she knows what it means) how come she did not realize that for herself earlier? Is she not aware of her own body? that sounds strange... 😲

2. If her mom/family knew about her being Kinner/transgender, why did they agree for her marriage? Why to create all these drama while trying to keep her away from Harman to avoid so called suhagrat! 😆

- even well educated people domt know differenve between kinnar and intersex/trans etc so how can somu know when she didnt have even basic knowledge...beside maybe nimmi ya kisi aue se suan ho about kinnar?

-nimmi mostly wamted to save somya from saaya n hence agreed to marry beside shadi nahi hoti to somy ki jaan pe ban jati
