Many hate posts are opened now a days. Many people on them answer that they hate a celeb becoz of fans.

It's funny though. Other people influencing our opinion.

Depends on both the fandom and the celeb tbh. For instance, I didn't like Sushant before but his fandom is so great that I really like him now. Every fandom has some great members and some crazy ones tbh. Just like a relatively balanced fandom welcomes you, an insane, rabid one drives you away. I really like Shahid and PC fandoms for example. They are almost always chill about stuff.

Celebs are of course the main reason for liking/disliking but fandom plays a part in online forums etc.

It's just for fun. Ppl generally like opposite views too..and argue.. or else they will be busy on FB groups or starfans websites all day. That must be boring..😆

But, some ppl actually keep records of who said what in the past? 😲 with proof. 😕 So, that makes it lot more personal than just celeb wars. It makes for a good (?) readings sometimes. Esp. when i dont like both celebs and they r fighting.. its so much fun... 😆 Guilty pleasure. Bring on another Salman Vs Srk... 😆 But Srk looks like a saint by default now. 😆

In real life - its the celeb who governs your affinity or dislike towards them..

On virtual platforms - A celeb's fandom does play a huge part in addition to your own preferences..

Didn't vote since neither of the options were adequate..

I didnt vote. For me its a 50-50 thing. I dislike Katrina because of her wooden acting. But I dislike her more because of her "fan" on this forum.🤢🤢

As for dislike due to fandom, then only tv actors come to my mind. There used to be so much war for this actor called barun sobti, which I never understood why. And the latest is this guy called parth samthaan. His fangirls are all teens and get pretty abusive if u say anything against their idol. 🤢

Even my sister also used to get hate pms from fangirls of this so called top tv actress.🤢

Those I really dislike because of them are all the three khans, hrithik, ranbir and kareena kapoor.🤢

On this forum, some fan groups really push it which makes your disposition towards their favorite hostile, naturally.

Outside the forum, there's no reason to diss on anyone. I'll go watch anyone's movie if I like the trailer/reviews.

Well .. most of the celebs sort of ask for it. 😆

Kareena/Sonam speak crap in all their interviews. Anushka talks all grown up but acts bad and then those duck lips. Katrina can't stop being a user. PC has her accent and aggression issues. Parineeti does all similar roles. Kangana was recently being hypocritic about DP calling her for Queen. DP is an eternal sympathy seeker.

Then we have Salman who does all BS films and hides his true self behind Being Human. SRK does silly films too. Aamir can't stop being pretentious. Akshay has treated all the women in his life real bad. Ranbir is just sick. Hrithik also acts all evolved but then cheats on his wife and over-acts sometimes. Saif still tries to do those skirt-chasing roles and fails miserably.

Basically, no one is perfect and just like how they get paid way too too much for just being actors, they get mauled as well for being imperfect humans. At IF, I am sure people do the mauling just for fun. 😆
