The episode begins with Pinky informing Digvijay about his marriage and urging him to stop it. Just then, Digvijay’s brother arrives and advises him to keep his temper in check, as Rani’s family is expected to attend the wedding.
Digvijay questions why they are inviting those who mistreated Ishan. In response, Ishan urges him to let go of the past and prepare for the wedding. He reassures Digvijay that even if he doesn’t love Rani now, feelings will develop over time. At the very least, he knows her well, and this decision is in the best interest of both of them.
Niranjan becomes furious upon receiving Vijju's call and refuses to acknowledge any ties with Rani. Digvijay, enraged by his words, snatches the phone from his father and harshly reprimands Niranjan for speaking to him that way. Sagar then intervenes, and the two begin exchanging threats.
Rani overhears the heated conversation and urgently calls out Digvijay’s name, shouting for him to stop. Hearing her, everyone disperses from the scene.
Later, Madhuri brings breakfast for Rani, but Rani questions the need to go through with the wedding rituals, citing Narayani’s displeasure and Digvijay’s unwillingness. She wonders why she should marry him if he doesn’t love her. Gayatri arrives and reassures her, reminding her of the reason she came here in the first place. She then hands Rani a beautiful outfit for the wedding.
Meanwhile, Dhananjay advises Digvijay to make space in his room for Rani’s belongings since they will be sharing it after marriage.
Anisha visits the Gandhi household and informs Digvijay about an important surgery scheduled on the day of his wedding. When Vijju reminds her that it’s his wedding day, Anisha insists he can manage, as the surgery is scheduled two hours after the ceremony. Digvijay agrees to attend. As she leaves, Anisha smirks, while Pinky secretly smiles, understanding her true intentions.
Later, as Digvijay heads to his room, he crosses paths with Rani, and the two immediately launch into one of their usual bantering sessions before heading off to their respective rooms.
Watching them, Madhuri expresses concern about how they will live together. Vijju asks his elder brother if they are making the right decision by tying them in marriage. His brother reassures him, saying that whatever happens will be for the best- after all, one is a sher (lion), and the other is sava sher (even mightier than a lion)
Gayatri smiles and tells them to brace themselves for an entertaining rollercoaster ride ahead.
Rani gets ready for the wedding with Madhuri and Gayatri’s help. As they assist her, Gayatri notices Rani’s admit card lying on the floor and reminds her to keep it safe. Rani, looking concerned, admits that she has no secure place to store it. Gayatri reassures her, saying she will keep it safely in the drawer, and Rani can take it whenever needed. Grateful, Rani thanks her.
Unbeknownst to them, Pinky secretly overhears the conversation from a nearby window and begins plotting something against Rani in her mind.
Vijju knocks on the door of Narayani’s room, requesting her to open it. Just then, Digvijay arrives, dressed in his sherwani, and asks his father to leave, as he wants to speak to his mother in private. Vijju nods and walks away.
Narayani, displeased with the marriage, voices her disapproval and criticizes Rani, calling her unfit for their family, rebellious, and selfish. However, as she continues to accuse Rani, Digvijay recalls moments where he witnessed Rani selflessly helping others.
He then tells Narayani that he has no other choice but to go through with this marriage to right his wrong-doings. However, if she truly doesn’t want it to happen, he won’t go through with it. In the end, he leaves the decision in her hands.
As he does so, Rani murmurs in her sleep, pleading with him not to leave her and asking if he loves her too. Her words begin to melt his heart
